First Flight with Daddy

We finally got to go up in the plane with Cameron. Breanne was so excited when we first got her into the plane and she even said that she would go "woohoo" with me. We got her head set on and got her all strapped in. Cameron and his dad went through the necessary check lists to get us off the ground and started the engine. Breanne was still having fun, but looked a bit nervous. Well, we got off the ground and she wouldn't let me take my hand off her knee. Everytime I tried she wouldn't move anything else, just her hand, and grab mine and place it right back. I tried to get her to look at me to make sure she was okay and when she did she was sticking out her bottom lip holding back a cry I'm sure, but we made pig noses at each other and she started to loosen up. So much in fact that she fell asleep about 20 mins into the flight. Oh well, there will be plenty of other opportunites for us to go up again. It was fun to go up and see him in pilot mode. I usually just get to see him study, as much fun as that is. He did what are called "steep turns". Now, I'm not really a thrill seeking sort of girl and don't really like rollercoasters or anything that gives you that feeling of your stomach in your chest. Those did it. Thank goodness Breanne was asleep because I'm sure I would have freaked her out. I was curled up (as much as a 9 month pregnant lady can be) into the fetal position, letting out little "eeks" from the back seat. I didn't get sick, I just really hate that feeling. Other then that we had a good time.
