Are You Smater Then A 2 Year Old?

so baby still hasn't arrived, but I guess we still have about 3 weeks. Cameron's schooling is moving at a snails pace because his instructor got jury duty, but he has turned in his application to be a park ranger and we'll see if they call this week. Our lives have become pretty boring. I keep waiting to go into labor, but alas, that just makes it all worse.

I was able to go to the Jack Johnson concert with my sister and her friends. It was a lot of fun and the music was really good, but I didn't realize that there would be pot smoking. I now have been well educated in the smell of pot. Of course that wasn't the worse, surprisingly. The cigarette smoke is what did me in. Now it's a joke that pregnant, mormon Nicole got a contact high (which isn't true). If I would have known that that kind of thing would be going on I def would not have gone. The venue was beautiful though and I recommend everyone going to the Gorge, just maybe when there's not a concert going on.

We've decided that Breanne's going to know how to work every electronic by the time she's 3. She LOVES to push buttons on anything, drive the cars (while their in park, don't worry), and click the mouse on the computer. If we leave her alone for any length of time up stairs you can bet that she's crawled up on the computer chair and she's clicking away. I swear she gets smarter everyday. Papa John has a hard time baby sitting her because he claims that she's smarter then he is (which probably isn't that far off :) ). She did have to tell him how to put her car seat straps on, but neglected to tell him which was the front and which was the back of her diaper leading to the diaper being put on backwards. We're still trying to decide how thats possible.

Beautiful, Wet, Washington

We made it here all in one piece and have unloaded the last bits of furniture from the truck. That was way too long of a drive (1600+ miles) and envolved too many crossings of state borders (7). But despite the LONG trip we made it and are enjoying the "cold" weather for a change. I've really come to appreciate the rain and all the funny weather that makes WA so beautiful. Of course any thing looks good after being in the place known as desolate for the past 3 months. Even when we were driving through Utah I made a comment that it wasn't as ugly as I remembered it.
Anyway, Cameron is out looking for the right aviation school and will hopefully start on Monday. I'm also trying to convince him to apply for a Park Ranger position at one of the state parks around here. It pays well and he gets to carry a firearm. Does it get any better than that?
The baby is getting huge and I'm thinking (and hoping) that she decides to come a couple weeks earlier then expected. If not then we're looking at about 6 more weeks (I'm praying for 3).

Washington, Here we come!

The decision has been made. We are packing as I type (trust me it's very difficult) and we're hoping to be packing the truck up on Friday and leave for Puyallup, WA on Saturday. We just need to find more boxes. We'll take a few days to make the trip so Breanne and I don't go crazy riding in the car together. Her and I are nor the best of traveling buddies, especially now that I'm 8 months pregnant and can't turn around to the backseat as well as I use to. She probably a very confused child. This will be our 5th move since she's been born. Wow, thats really impressive. I hadn't even realized how many until just now. (Crossing our fingers) this will hopefully be the last state move. We'll try and keep all move within the state of WA from here on out. Packing sucks, but so far it's all going pretty smoothly.
